Analysis and design of elastically bedded piles with the modulus of subgrade reaction method and the p-y-method.
Capabilities:
- Choice of analysis using either partial safety factors according to EC 7, DIN 1054:2010, Austrian Standard ÖNORM EN 1997-1 or global safety factors (DIN 1054 old)
- System input using absolute heights
- Active earth pressure coefficients according to DIN 4085
- Analysis using active earth pressure, at-rest earth pressure and increased active earth pressure
- Passive earth pressure coefficients according to DIN 4085:2011, Streck, Caquot/Kerisel, Culmann/Vogt or user-defined values
- Spatial passive earth pressure according to DIN 4085:2011, Weißenbach, Vogt or DIN 4085:2011 planar slip surfaces
- Start depth for calculating passive earth pressure can be entered
- Soil properties can be selected from an expandable database of common soils
- Consideration of seismic effects via altered earth pressure coefficients to EC 8
- Consideration of linearly variable moduli of subgrade reaction
- For the p-y-method: option to choose between non cohesive, cohesive-soft and cohesive-firm soils
- Bounded and double-bounded surcharges on the active and passive side
- Wind loading according to M EBGS-Lsw 2018 can be determined
- For the p-y-method: option to choose between static and cyclic loads
- Berms on the active and the passive side
- Steel analysis according to EC 3
